What To Do Once Your Session Has Been Sent
Ok, friend you have taken your senior photos, you have read over the “What To Do While You Wait For Your Senior Session.” blog & now it is time to actually get your senior collection back. EEKKK. How exciting. I know I am pumped, so I know for a fact that you are pumped!
Let’s dive through some things you can do to finish getting the most out of your senior session. The thing is this next part is really on you. Yes, I will always have your images, but you can never truly have enough back ups, so let's dive into something you can do once your session has been sent.
BACKUP YOUR PHOTOS!!
I seriously cannot stress this one enough. Yes, your link will last for 10 years! Yes, I will always have your images on my hard drive! But, my friend there are some things you can do to make sure you will always have these images. Before creating the grad cards or gifts, take the time to actually download both files of your images. I give you access to both print and web, so please download both and put them in labels marked with their correct names: High Resolution = Print Images. Web Images = Web Images. Depending on how big your gallery is this will take some time. Download them to your computer, your hard drive, your phone or any other place you store your images. But before you do anything, please start here!
Finish Those Grad Cards
Okie, so now the fun part begins! You have decided on what grad card you want to send out to others, now let’s fille those grad cards with the images you want to use. Gather your favorite 10 or so images and use that as a base when trying to decide which image to put where. Once, they have been created then get them ordered, so you can get them sent out.
Your Family Gifts
This is honestly just as important as the grad cards, but now it is time to decide which image is going to be sent as a gift for friends and family. If this is something you decided not to do then no worries, skip down to the next step. I support you. But if you do decide you want to do this, then let’s go ahead and get those ordered.
Now, to the fun step …. POSTING!
Okie, small disclaimer before we dive into this one. THESE ARE YOUR IMAGES!! Regardless, if they are sneak peaks or your full collection you have access and rights to post whenever you want to! You do not have to wait until this actual step to post them. The reason this step is the last step is simply because some seniors like to wait until family and friends have physically seen them before posting. But my friend these are your images, so you go ahead and post whenever your heart desires. This part should be fun and exciting.
