Once, you have created your caption and photo list, highlighted the photos to the post you DO HAVE & highlighted the post you DO NOT HAVE … you have already done half the work for this next part. & that step is to prepare items for photos you need to take or item photos you need for next month to take. This party favor is designed to make sure you have everything shot you need shot and vis versa to what you do not have shot.
I personally do not have a prep list, but every brand I do shoot for has a prep list. This list is broken down into what has been shot and what has not been shot. This is so important to keep track of that way you can make sure you have shot all the items that need to be shot and make sure you grab all the items that have not been shot yet. If this party favor does not work for you some businesses use an excel format, where they will check off the items as they have been shot.
Now that you have everything organized go ahead and start scheduling when these items will be photographed. Don’t stress yourself out and have a 50+ item session, no start with a few items that need to be shot now & work through your list. Extend yourself grace and allow yourself to be organized, so you do not feel overwhelmed and end up just throwing a random photo of an item on social media.
