Caption Resources
Party Favors
Okie we are going to chat about resources you can use to save your captions, but then I am also going to show you how to do the paragraph caption for instagram. These resources are all resources that I currently use to this day, even when I batch work I still use these resources, because when you have an idea you need to get it out and on paper (or digital paper).
Google Docs
I literally use google Docs for EVERYTHING; blog posts, course creation content, social media content and so on. So Google Docs is basically like Word or Pages. You can use Google Docs in a document form and divide it up in so many ways.

The list can go on.
Google Keeps
I just love google apps when it comes to getting my creative captions and ideas out of my head and in a place I can remember it later. Google Keeps is like digital sticky notes.
You can use them like…
“Caption for 9.1.20
Caption ________
My friend Pinterest is seriously one of the best places to receive inspiration for captions. Type in the search bar “Instagram Captions”. There is nothing wrong with finding inspiration, especially in your particular field of brand or business.
HashTags
Follow certain hashtags for inspiration for content and captions. For instances; I follow #FlatLayInspo for Flat Lay Inspiration and I look at #FunFacts to receive inspiration on different facts to use for captions instead of the basic facts.
iMessage or Any Text Message Platform
This is the resource I use the most. Even when I batch work them I start them in a text message form then I transfer them over to the platform I use to batch work. Especially if I am adding a paragraph into my captions I will ALWAYS add them into a text message into myself then copy and paste them into the post. I know this sounds silly, but this is how I found the most effective way to use the paragraph formate So, let’s break down the paragraph format.
This is an actual caption that I have posted. I wrote this in a text message to my self then I copy and pasted it into a post.

Now, let me show you how I actually kept it in paragraph form on instagram…

_ (If you want a blank then paragraph down and make sure there is NOT a space, just paragraph one more time down then start writing)

You have to make sure there are NO spaces at the end of each paragraph. If there is a space then when you post it on instagram it will combine the paragraphs together.
You seriously can use anything when it comes to getting your captions out of your mind and on to paper or digital paper. If you are having a hard time with captions or have any questions when it comes to captions please write them below or in the Content Creation & Keeping a Cohesive Feed Thread on Facebook. I am here to help you.
